Kairos began as the kids worship band of the Filipino ministry
of eagle rock in 1996. At that point,
it consisted of marlon on the drums, carlo on the piano, leo on the guitar, and
rami on vocals. In 2001, Kairos welcomed
Lawrence and lanz lipana along with anngerie, anna, maria, and dennis. Since then, They have also welcomed jochebed
and Gerard. Kairos continues to lead
worship on Sunday mornings and host the monthly youth nite and annual godstock,
in addition being featured in several special events.

Lawrence
Santiago Lipana is the lead singer and guitarist of Kairos. He was born in Manila,
Philippines, June 3, 1986. In addition to Kairos, Lawrence spends most of his
time indulged in academics and club activities. He graduated from Eagle Rock
High School as the Valedictorian of the 2004 class and attends UCLA as a biology major with hopes of becoming a physician
in the near future.

Lanz Santiago
Lipana is the vocalist and guitarist. He enjoys drawing and playing volleyball. He was born in Manila, Philippines on November 8, 1988, and currently attends Eagle Rock
High School. He is a straight A student and plans to attend Caltech to become an engineer.

Marlon Carlo Nario is the bass player and vocalist. He was born in Manila, Philippines on June
21, 1989 and attends Eagle Rock High School.
He is a part of the basketball and volleyball teams and is a member of
school government. In his free time, he
likes to hang out with friends and practice the bass and piano.

Marlon Paolo Nario is the percussionist. He was born in Manila, Philippines on October
5, 1985. During his time at Eagle Rock
High School, he was a member of the basketball and volleyball teams and
ASB. He was also a member of key club
and Friday Night Live. He attends San
Jose State and plans to become a registered nurse.
